Carbon TPT® case with blue detailing, Felipe Massa flyback chronograph
The RM 011 Felipe Massa in Carbon TPT®, with the smooth bezel of the RM 011 rather than the grooved bezel and wheel-rim crown of the later RM 11-03.
The case is Carbon TPT®, the layered composite Richard Mille introduced to watchmaking on the RM 011 in 2013. Blue is used across the dial furniture and counters, and the watch is on a blue rubber strap.

Design and engineering
- Carbon TPT® caseMore than 600 layers of parallel carbon filaments obtained by dividing carbon fibres, each a maximum of 30 microns thick, impregnated with resin and woven with the direction of the weft rotated 45° between successive layers, then cured at 120 °C under 6 bar and machined. Machining across the layers exposes them as a pattern of undulations unique to each case.
- Blue detailingBlue is applied to the flange, the counter rings and the dial furniture.
- Calibre RMAC1Skeletonised automatic winding movement in grade 5 titanium, hand finished, with flyback chronograph, 60-minute countdown timer at 9 o’clock, 12-hour totaliser at 6 o’clock, oversize date at 12 o’clock, month indicator between 4 and 5 o’clock and annual calendar.
- Variable-geometry rotorWinding efficiency is adjustable by repositioning weights on the rotor arms.
- Case assembly20 grade 5 titanium spline screws with 316L stainless steel washers; the movement is carried on rubber O-ring seals with silent blocks.
