The Tourbograph Perpetual in a 43 mm case
The A. Lange & Söhne Tourbograph Perpetual HONEYGOLD® “Homage to F. A. Lange”, reference 706.050FE, in an 18-carat HONEYGOLD® case, 43 mm across and 16.6 mm high, with a black-rhodiumed HONEYGOLD® dial. Manually wound calibre L133.1 with tourbillon, chronograph and perpetual calendar, on a dark brown alligator leather strap with a deployant buckle.
A. Lange & Söhne no longer makes this reference. This version belongs to the “Homage to F. A. Lange” edition, and Lange limits it to 50 pieces. The case is 18-carat HONEYGOLD® and the dial is HONEYGOLD®, black-rhodiumed. The strap is dark brown alligator leather, closed with a deployant buckle in 750 HONEYGOLD® and 750 white gold; the lugs are 22 mm apart.
Lange’s text says the Tourbograph Perpetual combines five complications, and it names the fusée-and-chain transmission, the tourbillon, the rattrapante chronograph and the perpetual calendar.
The movement is calibre L133.1, manually wound, with 684 parts and a reserve of 36 hours; the balance beats at 21,600 semi-oscillations an hour (3.0 Hz). Lange lists the moon-phase display, tourbillon, chronograph, fusée-and-chain transmission, day-of-week display, perpetual calendar and analogue date. The case is 16.6 mm high, water resistant to 3 bar, with a sapphire glass case back. The strap is alligator leather, closed with a deployant buckle.
