The A. Lange & Söhne Richard Lange Jumping Seconds, reference 252.029, in an 18-carat white gold case, 39.9 mm across and 10.6 mm high, with a black dial. Manually wound calibre L094.1 with constant-force escapement and ZERO-RESET mechanism, on a black alligator leather strap with a white gold prong buckle.
In Lange’s account, the Richard Lange Jumping Seconds puts its emphasis on the seconds, which have their own large circle in the upper part of the dial. Lange lists two functions for the reference: the constant-force escapement and the ZERO-RESET mechanism.
The movement is calibre L094.1, manually wound, with 390 parts, a reserve of 42 hours and a balance beating at 21,600 semi-oscillations an hour (3.0 Hz). The case is 39.9 mm across and 10.6 mm high, water resistant to 3 bar, with a sapphire glass case back. The strap is alligator leather, closed with a prong buckle in the case metal.
