The Saxonia in a 35 mm case
The A. Lange & Söhne Saxonia, reference 219.043, in an 18-carat pink gold case, 35 mm across and 7.3 mm high, with a white dial. Manually wound calibre L941.1, on a light grey alligator leather strap with a pink gold prong buckle.
A. Lange & Söhne no longer makes this reference. Lange states that its first collection, in 1994, had four models, the Saxonia among them. The distance between the lugs is 18 mm. This execution has a white dial, which Lange describes as silver faced with white mother-of-pearl, in 18-carat pink gold, on a light grey alligator leather strap with a pink gold prong buckle.
Lange lists this Saxonia on the manually wound calibre L941.1, in a 35 mm case that is 7.3 mm high, with no function listed beyond the time.
The movement is calibre L941.1, manually wound, with 164 parts and a reserve of 45 hours; the balance beats at 21,600 semi-oscillations an hour (3.0 Hz). The case is water resistant to 3 bar, with a sapphire glass case back. The strap is alligator leather, closed with a prong buckle in the case metal.
