The Saxonia Thin in a 39 mm case
The A. Lange & Söhne Saxonia Thin, reference 205.086, in an 18-carat white gold case, 39 mm across and 6.2 mm high, with a copper-blue dial. Manually wound calibre L093.1 showing hours and minutes, on a dark blue alligator leather strap with a white gold prong buckle.
Lange calls the Saxonia Thin the thinnest watch the manufacture has made so far. It shows hours and minutes and lists no further function. This white gold version has a 925 silver dial with a dark-blue gold-flux face.
The movement is calibre L093.1, manually wound, with 167 parts, a reserve of 72 hours and a balance beating at 21,600 semi-oscillations an hour (3.0 Hz). In this 39 mm case the watch is 6.2 mm high, water resistant to 3 bar, with a sapphire glass case back. The strap is alligator leather, closed with a prong buckle in the case metal.
