The Lange 1 anniversary edition in platinum
The A. Lange & Söhne Lange 1, reference 191.062, in a 950 platinum case, 38.5 mm across and 10 mm high, with a black dial. Manually wound calibre L121.1 with outsize date and power-reserve indicator, on a black alligator leather strap with a platinum prong buckle.
Lange describes the Lange 1 through its distinctive dial design and the outsize date. This reference was made for the 30th anniversary of the Lange 1, in platinum with a black onyx dial. Lange limits it to 300 pieces.
The movement is calibre L121.1, manually wound, with 368 parts and a reserve of 72 hours; the balance beats at 21,600 semi-oscillations an hour (3.0 Hz). Lange lists two functions, the outsize date and the power-reserve indicator. The case is 10 mm high, water resistant to 3 bar, with a sapphire glass case back. The strap is alligator leather, closed with a prong buckle in the case metal.
