A tin of caviar, with a bracelet to match
The Jacob & Co. Caviar Tourbillon, reference CV310.30.BD.AA.A30AA, in an 18-carat white gold case, 44 mm across and 15.85 mm high. Its 18-carat white gold dial is invisibly set with 121 baguette-cut white diamonds, on a bracelet set with 484 baguette-cut white diamonds and an 18-carat white gold clasp.
Jacob & Co. describes the Caviar Tourbillon as the look of a tin of caviar newly opened, with stones packed so closely that they read as one surface. On this version the case, crown, dial and bracelet are all set with baguette-cut white diamonds. The stones are invisibly set, so no prongs show.
Self-winding calibre JCAA43 has 169 components and a 42-hour power reserve. Its one-minute flying tourbillon is seen through an opening in the dial and has no upper bridge. Brilliant-cut diamonds are set on the movement and can be seen through the sapphire caseback. This version is limited to 18 pieces.
