Cartier dates the design of the Baignoire to 1912 and describes its form as an ellipse drawn in a single line. This is the small model, size 16.
A quartz movement drives blued-steel sword-shaped hands over a silvered dial, under a sapphire crystal. The watch is water-resistant to 3 bar (approximately 30 metres).
