Cartier names this watch the Panthère Day/Night. The rhodiumised white gold case is set with 288 brilliant-cut diamonds totalling 2.82 carats. The white gold dial is set with 319 brilliant-cut diamonds totalling 0.57 carats and blue aventurine glass.
