Defective or Incorrect Items: We accept returns for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Change of Mind: We accept change-of-mind returns for store credit only.

Must include original packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation.
Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery and shipped back within 14 days.
Non-returnable items include:
Items showing signs of wear or damage.

By Mail: Ship the item to the same address with secure packaging.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return:
1. Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
2. Provide proof (photos/videos) of defects if applicable.

REFUND PROCESSING

Change of Mind Returns: Store credit will be issued within 7 business days after the return is approved.
Hypa International is not responsible for any bank processing delays or fees.
EXCHANGES
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

Once approved, we will offer an exchange or refund and issue a prepaid return label.

All return/refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Hypa International.
