Can I pick up the watch in person?

Yes, you can. Please contact us to arrange a pick-up at either our Hong Kong or Australia office. We look forward to seeing you.

What payment options do you offer?

We accept bank transfer and card payment.

Buying a watch

How do I know that a watch is authentic?

All watches that HYPA sell come as a complete set, with original manufacturer box and certificates.

Our expert team inspect each and every single watch to ensure authenticity.

How quickly will I receive my watch?

Standard delivery time is 1-5 working days. Personal collection is also available in one of our locations, Australia and Hong Kong.

What is your returns policy?

We hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase as we work tirelessly to assure the best quality.

However, should the product be faulty, please Contact us within 14 days and we will happily replace it, or if not possible in a timely manner, provide a full refund.

All other cases will need to be reviewed individually. Due to the registration process for some of the brands, which is required prior to shipment, we cannot always promise to be able to accept a return.

Selling a watch

How do I sell my watch to you?

Contact us and provide as much information as you can about the watch, along with a few pictures. We will respond within 24 hours with additional questions or a preliminary quote for the purchase of your watch, based on the current market and the information you provide.

Once you accept the preliminary quote, we will provide a pre-paid, fully insured shipping label for you to send your watch to us. Upon receipt and inspection of your watch, we will present you with the final price. If our offer is to your satisfaction, we will process the payment to you within 72 hours.

Can I sell my watch without box and papers?

You don’t need to have the box and papers to sell us your watch, but their absence can affect its value.

Please note: We do require the original proof of your purchase.

When and how will I receive the money for sale?

We arrange a wire transfer of the funds into your account within 72 hours of successful receipt and inspection of your watch.

Exchanging a watch

How do I exchange my watch when I want to purchase another one at HYPA?

HYPA accepts exchanges involving watches of greater, lesser, and equal value. The difference will be credited toward your purchase of greater value than the trade-in or forwarded in the form of payment accompanying a chosen watch of lesser value than the trade-in.

Preliminary exchange values can be conveyed via phone, WhatsApp and email contact, however, a more thorough process of authentication, and appraisal by HYPA’s experts must be completed before the ultimate exchange value can be specified.
